Pier 33 To Debut New Models From Scout Boats At The 2012 Progressive Insurance Chicago Boat, Sports & RV Show

Pier 33 Marina has announced display plans for the upcoming 2012 Progressive Insurance Chicago Boat, Sports & RV Show, to be held Thursday thru Monday, January 12 thru 16 at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois.

Utah Sports Store Park's Sportsman Sponsors Wild Outdoors Festival & STIHL Timbersports Series at Thanksgiving Point

Park's Sportsman, a Utah sports store is sponsoring the Wild Outdoors Festival and STIHL Timbersports Series in Utah this weekend at Thanksgiving Point. The outdoor event will be two days - Friday and Saturday June 5th and 6th. Park's Sportsman will demonstrate products in camping, backpacking, Airsoft, mountain and road bikes, and disc golf.

The two-day festival will showcase all things outdoors in Thanksgiving Point's Electric Park. Watch some woodchips fly with the 24th season of the STIHL? TIMBERSPORTS? SERIES by Carhartt. There will be top-ranked lumberjacks, the world's best speed climbers, and female boom runners who will compete. Splash Dogs, a nationally recognized dog enthusiast company will also compete.

Each day's events will determine the top lumberjacks moving on to the next round of competition. ESPN2 will broadcast four 30-minute programs of the event later in the year.

The festival hours are from 10 am to 8 pm with competitions from noon until 6pm. Cost is $ 15 for adults and $ 10 for children ages 3-12.
