Len Pagon Named Entrepreneur of the Year

Cleveland, OH (PRWEB) July 7, 2007

Brulant, Inc., one of the leading interactive marketing and technology firms in the nation, announced today that Len Pagon, President and CEO of the company, was named Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year.

Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year Award is the most prestigious business award for entrepreneurs. It is awarded to the most successful and innovative entrepreneurial business leaders in more than 40 countries around the globe. The awards recognize the men and women who excel at what they do -- pioneers and innovators such as Michael Dell of Dell Inc.; Pierre Omidyar of eBay, Inc.; and Jim McCann of 1-800-Flowers.com.

Mr. Pagon was a previous finalist in 2004 and 2005, and at the 2007 banquet received the Northeast Ohio, Technology top honor. Other finalists in his category included Predictive Services and Vertex, and additional category winners included companies like Dealer Tire, Shearer's Food and Insurance.com.

He founded the firm in 1989 at the age of 23, and has guided the company through the ever-changing technology market. In recent years, he has propelled Brulant, now a leading ecommerce firm, through a period of rapid growth, including 100% in 2006.

"While this was a significant honor for me, it is really more a recognition for our team of 300+ at Brulant, and validation of our extraordinary success in the marketplace," said Mr. Pagon. "I am most proud of the great firm we are all building together, one of the best firms in the country."

As a regional winner, Mr. Pagon will go on to the annual Entrepreneur of the Year awards, to be held November 15-18 in Palm Springs, California. He will also be entered into the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Hall of Fame.
